From Open Sustainability
FISDev is hosted within a comprehensive
collaboration environment that allow users to engage in knowledge sharing, content development and skills improvement. Wiki pages and discussion forums are hosted within
MediaWiki or
extensions to this product.
Wordpress is used for blogging and a modified version of
Scuttle is used for Social Bookmarking. A number of extensions were also developed by the project team and can be found on the
MediaWiki Extension Matrix.
This collaborative environment interfaces with other assets to provide an Integrated Content Repository for Sustainable Development. The Integrated Content Repository brings together the open assets from the methodology, shared assets available on the internet and internally held assets. The Integrated Content Repository is a virtual hub of assets that can be used by a community focused on Sustainable Development, some of which are publicly available and some of which are held internally.
