Wikisourcing Sustainable Enterprises: Your Invitation to Contribute
Please join us in Wikisourcing Sustainable Enterprises (WSE). Our goal is to crowdsource a growing and living collection of noteworthy "sustainable enterprise" initiatives to enable people in organizations large and small to learn from others and take action. The WSE/About page explains the project's evolution and Wikisourcing the rationale for 'crowdsourcing' the profiles. Contribute as much or little information as your time allows. Here's how:
i. Write a detailed description of an enterprise you deem "sustainable" by completing a standard profile form
Please complete 10 short questions within the Profile a Sustainable Enterprise Form. Note the "how to" tips. First you will need to create an account to edit within open-sustainability.org, see top left to Log in/Create account.
ii. Add a short observation about an enterprise that impresses you with their approach to being sustainable
After creating an account and logging in Select "Create an Article" on lefthand menu, name the page with the enterprise, save, then edit the page to share your insight. The profile template form has detailed instructions.
and/or
iii. Profile a Person Who Influences your Thinking about Sustainable Enterprises
Complete an Influencer Profile Form to tell us about individuals who are providing inspiration and or direction about making your organization more sustainable. Is it the author of a book you read? Somebody you heard speak at a conference? A thought leader in your organization? A colleague? All are candidates. Complete the Influencer Profile Form to share your influencer with others.

Appreciation
We are grateful to open-sustainability.org founders Sean and Angela McClowry, our generous partners hosting "Wikisourcing Sustainable Enterprises" that we hope, through time, becomes an invaluable resource. (Our model is then Harvard Professor Andrew McAfee's Cases 2.0 project.)
We also acknowledge contributions of Sustainable Enterprise Profile Form editing, suggestions and conversations that helped us refine the WSE approach from William L. Anderson, Steve Ardire, Janice Juvrud, Terri McNichol and Victoria Zelin. Thanks also go to wiki maestro Nancy White, Pam Sammarco, John Maloney, Niki Lambropoulos and Doug Pereira for project development advice. Karl R. Smerecnik is recognized as the outstanding contributor to date for his profiles of Interface and Patagonia. Isabelle Ayel and Jean-François Ayel are valued Semantic Web advisers.
